In a bid to revolutionize and reshape community engagement strategies, the TRANSFORM project is set to host an innovative Co-Design Workshop. This workshop marks a pivotal moment in the project's journey towards developing impactful interventions for sustainable change.

Co-design Workshop: Involving Stakeholders in Designing Training Module

A series Of Co-design workshops were organized between May and June 2023 to engage community stakeholders in the designing of training modules for community health workers (CHW) and traditional and faith-based healers (TFH). A total of 46 community members attended 5 workshops including 12 traditional and faith-based healers, 12 local medicine sellers, 12 individuals with lived experience, 8 caregivers of people with SMD, and 7 community health workers. To ensure the participation and representation Of the community, the project considered the participants age, gender, occupation, and geographical setting.
