Dr Tanjir Rashid Soron, the Managing Director of TRIN Ltd., is the Principal Investigator for TRANSFORM Bangladesh site. He is a practicing Psychiatrist and Researcher with extensive experience in mental health care and community-based interventions.

His leadership drives the project's mission to elevate the quality of care and treatment for individuals grappling with Serious Mental Disorders (SMD) in Bangladesh.
