Objective:

TRIN Ltd. is seeking dynamic and dedicated Field Research Assistant for its research project, “Transforming Access to Care for Serious Mental Disorders in Slums-The TRANSFORM Bangladesh”. This research aims to revolutionize the mental health landscape in slum areas through a collaborative approach, engaging with multiple stakeholders. The selected Field Research Assistant will play a pivotal role in facilitating the scientific outputs and ensuring the smooth execution of the project, under the mentorship of local PI Dr. Tanjir Rashid Soron.

Job Responsibilities:
  • ● Collect data from the patients coming from Korail slum and give input in the ODK.
  • ● Provide training to the Community Health Worker.
  • ● Supervise the Community Research Workers when research related issues arise at the field sites.
  • ● Recruiting and consenting participants.
  • ● Managing and storage of research data following data protection guidelines in the UK and Bangladesh.
  • ● Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisors.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
● Nursing Background (Preferably BSc in Nursing)

Experience Requirements:
 ● At least 1 year.

Additional Requirements:

The candidate should have-

  • ● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • ● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • ● Previous experience in working at Hospital Setting.

Job Location: Dhaka (Head office at Banglamotor, Field Office at Korail Slum and Field Site at National Institute of Mental Health & Hospital).

Salary: Negotiable.
