Job Context:

Telepsychiatry Research and Innovation Network Ltd. (TRIN) is seeking a full-time “Research Assistant” to work on “Transforming Access to Care for Serious Mental Disorders in Slums-The TRANSFORM Bangladesh” project under the direct supervision of Dr. Tanjir Rashid Soron, Principle Investigator of The TRANSFROM Bangladesh project and the Managing Director of Telepsychiatry Research and Innovation Network Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:
  • ● Regular data collection and data entry.
  • ● Help the team in conducting the training program.
  • ● Oversee and guide community workers to facilitate data collection.
  • ● Supervision of training participants in their environment.
  • ● Work in close liaison with local faith based, traditional healers, health professionals and persons with serious mental disorders.
  • ● Analyze and inform any related research issues that arise in the field promptly.
  • ● Any other responsibilities assigned by the Supervisors or Principal Investigator.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
● Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS).
● Master of Public Health (MPH) is desirable.
● Previous experience in research will be an added benefit.

Experience Requirements:
  At least 1 year.
  Freshers are also can Apply.

Additional Requirements:

  • ● Able to work under pressure.
  • ● Ability of Teamwork and good communication skills.
  • ● Age at least 25 years.

Job Location: Dhaka
