Telepsychiatry Research and Innovation Network Ltd. (TRIN) is a Mental Health Organization focused on Mental Health Care and Research. With a dedicated team of Psychiatrists, Clinical Psychologists, and Public Health Experts, TRIN Ltd. conducts pioneering research on mental health and social dynamics, alongside organizing capacity building programs on mental health and wellbeing at individual and organizational level.

TRIN Ltd. is seeking dynamic and dedicated Research Fellows for its research project, "Transforming Access to Care for Serious Mental Disorders in Slums-The TRANSFORM Bangladesh". This research aims to revolutionize the mental health landscape in slum areas through a collaborative approach, engaging with multiple stakeholders. The selected Research Fellows will play a pivotal role in facilitating the scientific outputs and ensuring the smooth execution of the project, under the mentorship of local PI Dr. Tanjir Rashid Soron.

• ● Support the Local PI in the creation of outputs including case studies, research papers, reports, blogs electronic and print communication materials.
• ● Conduct and support the training programs for the participants of the korail community.
• ● Mentor research associates, assistants, and peer researchers.
• ● Engage in the collection, organization, analysis, and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data.
• ● Initial check of the communication materials and tools.
• ● Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Local PI.

Educational Requirements:
● MD in Psychiatry or
● PhD in Public Health or any relevant field.

Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience working in the Bangladesh context.

Additional Requirements:

The candidate should have-

• ● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• ● Proven experience in mental health or public health research.
• ● Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, nVivo).

Job Location: Dhaka (Head office at Banglamotor and Field Office at Korail Slum).

Employment Status: Part-time (40-50% FTE).

Salary Range: Negotiable (consolidated).
